Requirement
To demolish a single-storey asbestos house safely and hand back the site to the client to build a new house.

Solution
With limited space to move the excavator around at the beginning of the project. The demolition team removed all waste straight into trucks for waste disposal and a 14-tonne excavator was utilised for the project due to limited space and access. All asbestos containing materials were removed and obtained asbestos clearance certificate by the independent asbestos assessor prior to commencing any demolition works.

Result
Home Demolitions successfully demolished the single-storey asbestos house and the client was very happy with the completed site.
